Why consistency is important?

The most important process of learning anything may be riding a horse, driving a car, or learning a language all requires consistency. Stoping is as important as starting. Being consistent in your work can improve your graph. In order to see the result, it is very important. Taking a pause is necessary for day to day life, but make sure it shouldn't turn to be a long pause. It doesn't mean you must follow old-fashioned ways or ideas that are no longer applied in today's work. The world is changing at an exponentially quicker rate than ever before. Consistency doesn't mean you don't change with time. It means in spite of hard work you choose to work smart. 
The key to success is consistency. You are more capable of achieving success now. When a 2 min daily activity gets involved in your life. It becomes a habit. In other words, consistency leads to habit. Habits form action in our day to day life. Action leads to success.

Doing work daily means you are pulling the success towards you. Making yourself addicted to the comfort zone is not what you wished for. The time you take a pause you are again in your comfort zone where you don't want to make a move. You pushed yourself very hard to make it possible now you are just ruining your dream by taking a long break. 

Here are some ways you can implement consistency in your life. Follow these ways and notice yourself. 
You can start with just 2 mins a day. Whether singing, dancing or learning a language. Just 2 mins in a day can make a huge difference in your life. You are indirectly improving your sleep cycle, your daily schedule as well and also you'll gain a new habit. 
Write a daily plan, the plan of the day on a piece of paper and stick it somewhere where you can read it all day long. In that way, you can keep track of yourself. 
The best way to follow your dreams is to remember them every single minute. To be brutally honest, I believe that writing and reading it a maximum of twice or thrice a day can work wonders. 

Practically, it very difficult to continue after a long pause. Resuming your work is difficult at once. It is very easy to, leave things and say "I'll continue afterwards". But actually, it's not. Resuming your work is as important as taking a break. 

Words you speak to yourself plays a vital role in building up your own personality. Before going to bed thank God for the life and say some complimenting words to yourself such as Thank you Shreya you did a great job today, You can do it  Shreya, You are doing great Shreya, You are best Shreya, I'm sure you can do this Shreya. Make sure to use your name in every compliment you are giving to yourself. 
Everything you want you can achieve by consistency in your life. Only 2 mins in a day can work wonders.
